I am a recent college grad with a finance degree looking to find a job that involves some traveling. What companies and positions should i be looking for??

Wish to know the fastest means of getting jobs in USA esp.in the Banking sector..Any exams to be taken or consultancies to be approached for someone from India??How long would it take ?

I'll only have a BBA in Finance and I've heard it's hard to get a job in investment banking without MBA so what's a job I should get in the meantime that will be useful to the future career in investment banking or private equity?
